PLD concrete batching machine is a new type concrete batching machine designed for building, road and bridge construction works.
The batching machine can be applied to concrete mixers of 2000 liters of less in discharge capacity for direct receiving from the lifting hopper of mixer or from belt conveyer. Weight controller and sensors are incorporated in the weighting system for material weighing, batching and controlling, and can automatically modify head drop.
The unit is reasonable in layout compact in size, easy and simple in operation, precise in batching and reliable in control.
Features of PL series batching plant
1. Equipped with the electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display and wired remote control operation.
2. Variety forms of discharge material, and it can also match the corresponding different mixer to form different concrete mixing plant.
3. It has two ways of discharging: Belt discharging (PL800, PL1200, PL 1600) and pneumatic discharging (PL1200, PL1600, PL2400, PL3200, PL4800).
4. Can realize the quantitative ingredient and materials control, and automatically correct the drop.
5. Compact structure and easy operation.
Application of PL series batching platn
This improtant concrete equipment can automatically complete the batching procedure of sand, stone, cement and other materials ingredients according to the set mix ratio of concrete (can divide into one-way and two-way types), so it is commonly applied in the general construction sites, roads, bridges and other projects.
